My name is Michael Anderson I live in the Riverview Assisted living building in Menomonee falls wisconsin. When I first came to live hear I didn’t know what to expect after living in a bad one and seeing 3 or 4 bad ones I found one I’m proud to live in. The staff are great i’m bad at names so I call them all my angles. The rooms are comfortable, good size and with our own touches we can make them home. Management will listen to any problem or special requests you may have. For example when you get the food menu, and you don’t like something, they will try to find something you will like. The rooms are cleaned weekly, floors washed or vacuumed, furniture dusted & they do respond if a problem arises. There is always something going on during holidays and we have a lot of activities daily like Bingo, crafts etc. They even have an activities director, but the most important thing is when you live here you will never lose the dignity and respect you came here with. thought you would enjoy one great pictureI I took, one of our Halloween specials….. they made me a MUMMY!!!!! with everything to offer it’s a great place to live,,,,, STOP in and play my slot machine.

Everyone was very helpful and caring. Letting her know they were there if she needed anything. Everybody seem to know her name from day one and called her by name when around her. The place was always well maintained and clean. Food was always good.

From the moment I walked in the community I was greated with smiling faces, and I knew this would be my forever home. I couldn't wait to move in and was overjoyed when I did. Krisstina is kind, passionate, caring and easy to work with. Diane and LaTina, prepare the most outstanding and savory delicious home cooked meals. Keith is inventive with his activities and keeps us busy with lots of fun things to do. The staff is impeccable and everyone is very loving and attentive.

2/13/25Riverview has had it's challenges, to be sure, but this team has expanded and is AMAZING!! Please disregard these old reviews. Who would put their mom's face on the internet without their consent? Not the person I would take a review or recommendation from.Brand new management team who is PHENOMENAL!!!They are already fixing their lack of reception, the sales team is the MOST welcoming, the activities are so engaging, the food is so yummy and the care staff is so caring.It's brighter, new furniture is CURRENTLY being built. It's a great assisted living to bring your loved one to.

Very nice community, vibrant and family-like. They increased their staff on their Clinical/Wellness Team and appear on top of things. The Executive Director and Marketer are both very sincere individuals.

7/15/24 update to below.Mike has new higer level staff coming on board! Thanks Mike!Things have been good for Dad!6/28/24 update to below post from last year. Hitting bumps in care. Cath bag leaking and not apprently not emptied often enough, room smelling terrible, dad reporting getting snubbed by worker when asking for help getting into bed. John no longer working there, hoping for his replacment soon as good workerssuch as him, Mike and Brea and Diane and others I am unaware of needed....Last year's post: After some bumps things are really good. New Management (Mike) and a lot of new staff! Dad really likes living here!
