FBS was amazing to work with. Fabricio, the owner, was very responsive via text and phone calls. He came out several times to make sure we were on the same page prior to starting the project. He helped me when the windows I ordered were not exactly the right size. When he found almost a whole side of my house was rotted when his team removed the old siding he worked with me to fix it at an extremely reasonable rate. He assured me he would fix the issues and really made me feel as though he cared about me as a customer. Fabricio assisted in small asks that were above our contract and never hesitated to help. Fabricio’s team is great too. They provided quality work, were kind, friendly and very informative. Also, the team always kept a clean worksite. All in all it was a pleasure to work with FBS and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows and siding. True professionals in every sense.
