I really enjoyed attending the calisthenics class. Ushman was very helpful, supportive, and made the session enjoyable. I could only attend one class because the timings didn’t match my schedule, but if more class timings are added in the future, I would definitely love to join again.

This is the best place for anybody starting out in this sport or evan a advanced person doing this the guy shows u every tip needed to perform body weight stunts and is very genuine and humble eoukd highly recomend if this is summin your looking for defo will b joining in the future and the class and people r amazing

Highly recommend, don't be scared by the non-descript front door. Each class feels tailored on the individuals present, and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed
