What an awesome experience! It was efficient, very thorough and gave us so much peace of mind to have a set of well-trained eyes inspecting our future home!

Ricky did a great job with our inspection. Very professional, and highly detailed. He found items during the inspection we would not have even thought about reporting to the builder. His wife manages the office and together they have a very well run operation. I would highly recommend them for your inspection!

Ricky did a thorough inspection on our new house and things we would have never caught, like no insulation in certain spots in the attic, visible roofing nails that would have cost us a real headache in the future. He is a great and reputable guy. I would use him in the future and recommend anyone looking to buy a new or older home to give him a chance. You’re amazing Ricky looking forward to see you in a few weeks.Butch & Sharon England
