Ricky did a fantastic job on the inspection and documentation of same on our new home. We met at the conclusion of his work where he provided a thorough review of his findings with recommendations for mitigating risk on high priority items as well as DIY suggestions on minor issues. I used Ricky and Martina based on a recommendation of my soon to be neighbor. They did not disappoint. Easy to communicate with and flexible with scheduling. Ricky was terrific. He arrived on time and conducted a thorough 11 month warranty inspection. Ricky discovered several items not located during a previous inspection. Ricky said he would be available to assist us if our builder is not interested in fixing the issues. Nice to have someone with knowledge to help if needed. Would definitely use Ricky again.
