This is the second time I've had Asap Pro Handyman work on the exterior of my home. Esteban repaired cracks in the stucco on the exterior of my home and sealed around the chimney. He is honest, hard working, and reasonably priced. He shows up when he's supposed to and makes sure his work is done properly. If there's a bigger issue than expected he lets you know and walks you through the proper process required. I highly recommend Esteban for any handyman repairs you have.

We recently completed a full first-floor renovation with Esteban and his crew (bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, interior and exterior door swaps, plus installing a new window) and I can honestly say he is a total unicorn in the world of construction.From day one, the communication, professionalism, and reliability were on another level. Esteban and his crew showed up on time every single day for three months. He provided a detailed Gantt chart outlining the entire project schedule, coordinated with every trade, and kept us informed about progress and next steps at all times. I've never experienced this level of organization or responsiveness from a contractor.The quality of the work is excellent, his pricing is fair and transparent (we couldn't have done this project without that), and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every detail. If you're considering hiring Esteban - do it. He's the rare combination of skilled, reliable, affordable, meticulous, and genuinely invested in doing the job right. We plan to work with him again on a living room extension and a basement renovation. We feel incredibly lucky to have found him and would recommend him without hesitation.

I had a persistent humidity problem on my living room ceiling that several contractors couldn't solve. Esteban from Asap Pro Handyman found the source, fixed the filtration in the siding, and restored the ceiling perfectly. Fair price, professional work, and results exceeded my expectations. Esteban totally saved me with his skills. I live by myself and just moved into my new place. Mounting all of my items would have taken me hours and hours and I would have done a horrible job. Esteban did it all in only 2 hours. Perfect installation. Was able to come 2 days after I reached out to him. All of that, and he was the most affordable handyman I found by far. I would trust him with anything handy and have already recommended Esteban to all of my friends.

Esteban and his crew were on the job,, working hard every day. They performed beautifully on a complete 2 bathroom remodel including tile flooring, new tile shower stall and new bathtub, all new vanities and toilets. They also did some deck repair and installed new baseboards and trim in the entire house. Esteban has good business sense, communicates in writing every step of the way and can handle pressure. This was a big project and I can't say enough good things about Esteban. Reasonable pricing too.
