We had a dryer problem, no heat. Braedon from SMS came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. It was a burnt out connection to heating coil. The fix required a high heat connector that Braedon didn’t have. A couple of days passed and Braedon came back and with the right parts and got it all fixed up and running like new. When we where unable to open the Stove door because of a faulty high temp switch i asked for a new one. I was told the part has to be ordered and it will take a few Days. Enjoyed the shopping experience. Sales lady was great. But they lost stars due to delivery. The guys not only didn’t communicate but at the end when I asked why they won’t hook up water to the fridge he said because it was missing the pipe so they couldn’t. We were told all the tubing would be included. So I had to go out and source the pipe and attach everything myself. Not something I was wanting to do. As I was shopping at Rona and Home Depot I came across stranger who was also shopping for appliances, then we started chatting and I got to find out about sms appliances and how much saving u get from just an open boxes items. I arrived this morning and met with Yulia and her customer services skills at 9am in the on point, she explained the whole process and how we are getting warranty parts and labors are included. Setup, delivery, haul away and everything was thoroughly explained. We did a quick google search on the model of the fridge and it was about $400 in saving and that goes a long long way and make a customer feel with their shipping experiences. All the places that I have looked around from Rona to Home Depot , sms appliances was by far the easiest shopping experience with fast delivery time .. nothing like so many conditions given to customer about delivery i.e. we dot so this we do disconnect that and all the endless conditions.
