This was the perfect choice for us. It was the very first time we’ve experienced moving without a truck as our main source of hauling. We had the units for a week while we loaded them at our leisure and they stayed there until we were ready to have them move to our new location that following week. I worked with Randy and he was awesome! He had wonderful customer service, explained the process and pricing even when I was unsure of the pricing. He worked with me and was in constant connection through out. The Units ended up being a little bit more then their competitor Pack Rat in price but they won our business due to the sq ft of the unit being slightly more then theirs also I really appreciated the attention and communication Randy provided us via email, phone & text. Plus can’t forget they were able to maneuver those units under our pergola which stood over our driveway and had them positioned perfectly! The driver did a fantastic job working and running that little remote device that aided in the moving of the units. Great Job Richie he dropped off the containers with our stuff and also picked them up at the end when they were empty.Wishing you and your company much success and we would highly recommend.Thank you!
