The entire process was easy and seamless from the estimate to picking out details with Julie in the showroom to the actual renovation. Dominic and Rick did a great job with the renovation work. From start to finish Chapman Custom Baths was excellent to work with. We did a total remodel of our master bath and couldn’t be happier with the results. The initial sales call was very thorough and Dave addressed all of our questions. Hailey gave us a wonderful tour of their showroom which proved to be very beneficial to see styles and colors. We were greatly assisted by Julie and team in selecting materials and colors. Then Dominic and Rick and crew worked to get the entire remodel completed in four days. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chapman again and highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

We are very happy with our new walk-in shower. David, Caleb and Mike were skilled, prompt, friendly and professional. They finished the job in the time estimated and cleaned up thoroughly.
