Very happy with recently completed tub to shower conversion with new floor and vanity in guest bathroom. Looks great. Showroom manager Julie was a pleasure to work with picking out materials. Installers David and Caleb, along with plumber Mike were great to work with, as was Johnny with follow-up. Five day job completed in 3 1/2 days, no mess and cleaned up after every day. Remodels aren’t cheap, but Chapman’s pricing beats any of the “one day” conversions welooked into by a long way and we feel wegot very good value for our dollars spent. Chapman was wonderful to work with! They were so friendly and easy to work with. They came to our house and gave us a free very detailed quote with absolutely no pressure to book right then. When we were ready we booked time at the showroom and they went through every choice with us and had most of not all of our options on display to better visualize.It took less than a month for all our materials to come in and they were so flexible with our install. When it was time for installation they took great care to lay down all kinds of carpet protectors and even asked about animals to make sure they didn't accidentally let them out. We replaced a fiberglass shower with a new Onyx shower. We have soft water and the fiberglass was so slippery and there were no grab bars. We chose the hexagon textured floor and we are so pleased with it. It has made a huge difference! We love the look of the Onyx panels too. Our installers were Dave and Caleb and they were efficient and very respectful of our home while going in and out of the house in January. We can highly recommend Chapman Custom Baths. Less
