I’m shocked to see even one less than perfect review for the Shreveport Positive Steps Team. Dr. Parry & Amanda are excellent clinicians but also just really good humans. Fertility treatment is vulnerable and scary and heartbreaking, so to have providers who are honest, helpful and kind is incredibly valuable. The nursing staff, embryologists & the girls at the front desk all do everything in their ability to make you comfortable and provide what you need. We genuinely could not have gotten through this journey without our nurses. Every speed bump we hit along our journey, they were there for us & helped us problem solve, cope & keep moving forward. We are forever indebted to those ladies specifically. We have several more embryos and wouldn’t dream of moving forward with any other fertility clinic when it’s time to transfer those in the future. We love PSF!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff at positive steps- Slidell location. Amber and Nikki are the two that was with me and my wife through everything and they were amazing. They answered every question no matter what and always had the best attitudes. They treat you like family and make you feel comfortable.

When people think about fertility clinics, they often think about the success stories. Ours wasn’t one of those.After nearly four years as a patient of Dr. Parry, we ultimately did not get the outcome we hoped and prayed for. Even so, choosing Positive Steps Fertility was one of the best decisions we made on this journey.Dr. Parry never treated us like a number, a statistic, or a dollar sign. He walked beside us through every test, procedure, disappointment, emergency surgery, and difficult decision with compassion, honesty, and genuine care. He always took the time to answer questions and make sure we felt supported.What stands out most is that his care was never dependent on the outcome. Even at the point when he knew our story would not end with a baby, his commitment to us never changed. We always felt seen, heard, and cared for.While our journey did not end the way we had hoped, I will always be grateful for Dr. Parry and the entire Positive Steps team. If you’re looking for a physician who will truly walk alongside you through infertility, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My only regret is not going to Positive Steps first. I went to another clinic in town for nearly 2 years and had progressively worsening experiences until I finally decided to switch clinics. Within one month Amanda found out what had been the cause of our infertility, treated it, and I’m now 10 weeks pregnant.I had been told in the past that they may be too pricey, but prices for diagnostic testing & IUI were the same as the other clinic, and I was treated so much better by all of the staff.I’m so thankful for everyone at Positive Steps and I’d recommend them to anyone struggling with infertility.

We cannot say enough about this amazing group of literal angels on Earth. The BEST team and the very BEST experience start to finish. From our very first meeting with Dr. Parry to our graduation day at almost 11 weeks pregnant.. this group never faltered and never failed to be there for us in every aspect of a very difficult journey. After a long process and the belief that our situation was hopeless… this team made the impossible possible for us. They are such a HUGE part of our story and now of our growing family. This fertility clinic and it's staff are absolutely incredible. The patience and the kindness are incomparable to anywhere. We are eternally grateful to them for making a miracle happen for us. My wife and I will be having our first baby together because of Dr. Parry and his amazing staff. Graduation day felt like separating from family. We will always remember the kindness there.

Just 7 months ago, we were diagnosed with MFI, and everything felt so uncertain. From the very start, Positive Steps welcomed us with open arms. Not once did they make us feel like this wasn’t possible, they truly believed we would have our baby.Fast forward to February 2nd, we began our first IUI cycle with only 3.6 million sperm and 60% motility. Two weeks later… we got our positive. Our miracle baby 🤍Yesterday, we graduated from Positive Steps, and I am now 10 weeks pregnant with our sweet baby.
