We were struggling to get pregnant, this was our last resort and we didn't have high hopes of it working. We were both scared, but they are extremely nice, welcoming! They found our problem and gave us solutions. We're currently 10 weeks with twin girls! They're growing phenomenally and both have perfect heartbeats and are healthy!

The staff was absolutely amazing! We went in after 2 years of infertility, having already tried months of fertility drugs with timed intercourse and a failed IUI. We weren’t super optimistic but hoping they would know what to do. Amber, NP was super knowledgeable and optimistic. She explained all of our options with pros and cons of each option, which put us at ease. She was easy to understand and made sure we really understood our choices. We ended up getting pregnant on our first cycle of IUI!! We are so grateful and glad that we found them!

I can’t put into words how amazing this office is. We switched to Positive Steps from another fertility clinic after not feeling heard and feeling like just another patient they were pushing through. Positive Steps did the opposite. They quickly became family. A fertility journey can be a scary time. But Amber and Katie made it an easy to understand process. My stress quickly eased (as much as it can in a process like this!) Now we have the most beautiful twins. ❤️

We may not be at the end of our fertility journey yet, but we feel confident that we are finally getting somewhere, and so much of that is because of the team at Positive Steps Fertility.The absolute best part of this clinic is the family that works there. You can genuinely feel the love and friendship they have for each other, and they make you feel that same warmth every time you walk through the door. I truly feel like I could be friends with these girls outside of the clinic, which says a lot about the kind of environment they have created.We’ve had two successful IUIs that unfortunately ended in miscarriage, and we are currently in the middle of STIMS preparing for our egg retrieval as we begin our IVF journey. There have been plenty of moments where staying positive has felt like the hardest thing in the world, but the team at Positive Steps somehow always manages to give us a little more hope and remind us to keep going.Thank you to all of the amazing women who have supported us, encouraged us, answered our million questions, and celebrated every little step with us. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt nothing but genuine love and support from this team. Ashley always greets us with a smile and friendly disposition. Amber and Nikki have been a constant source of knowledge and emotional support through the ups and downs of the IVF process. I met Lauren at our last few appointments, and she was also very kind! I can’t recommend this team enough!

We absolutely recommend Positive Steps. Every time my husband and I left, we talked about how genuinely nice everyone always is. Amber, Nikki, and Lauren were so helpful, so patient with us, and made sure we were comfortable during each visit. I can’t think of any other medical settings where I actually enjoyed being there, except PSF. We had our graduation and although it was so happy because we are expecting our little miracle, I couldn’t help but be a little sad that our time with PSF ended. We will absolutely be returning when it’s time for baby #2!
