We had a great experience working with Lewis and the Greenbank team. Lewis was always responsive, attentive to detail during the planning, and highly collaborative throughout the project, which was very important to us. He consistently took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and work with us to achieve the best outcome. During the build they were extremely professional and very tidy- planning everything carefully; and enabling us to live in the property throughout the renovation - which was no small feat considering there was not a single room impacted.Lewis’ team were also fantastic — friendly, professional, courteous, and reliable at every stage. The quality of workmanship and overall service exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend them to others.

Great service from inital quote, to timescales, regular updates on completion and stayed within budget.We had our garage converted, which involved raising the floor, insulating the walls, floor and ceiling, custom door made for storage, advised on layout and how best to to make use of the space and practical addition of sockets and lighting. They have turned what was a impratical space into a functioning utility / toilet room. Were flexible with our availability and managed the contractors such as plasterers to arrive with minimal disruption by providing a great quality in a short window of time.The room is now ready for us to install units and finishing touches as agreedI would 100% recommend and can't thank you enough for going beyond our expectations.

We are delighted with the job done by Lewis and Conor of Greenbank Building Services and would not hesitate to recommend them.Greenbank carried out a substantial renovation of our Hall, Landing and Stairs area. This involved a broad range of skills: building, plastering, joinery, electrical work, plumbing, decorating, flooring etc. Lewis oversaw and coordinated all of this for us.At all times Lewis and Conor minimised the inconvenience to us, for which we are very grateful. They left all areas spotless at the end of each working day. Their professional approach was second to none - they were reliable, hard-working, approachable and always came up with solutions to unforeseen issues that arose (as they inevitably do in jobs of this size!).On top of this the "aftercare" that we received from Greenbank was superb. They returned at later dates to fix a couple of minor issues and to help adjust doors after we had carpet laid.Many thanks Greenbank Building Services and many thanks Lewis and Conor. Greenbank builders recently completed our kitchen knock through and snug with downstairs WC. We also had a new heating system and new windows throughout.Fantastic from the planning stage through to completion. Lewis, Connor and Jack and all the tradesmen involved were so professional and respectful. We had a 1 year old and they ensured that the site was as safe as possible throughout the project.All the work was done to the highest standard. The communication and advice was excellent.We can't speak highly enough of Greenbank building services and we are already thinking about a loft conversion with them in the future! Thank you.

Greenbank Building Services started work last week building a garden room in our back garden. There was a lot of digging out before concrete could be laid and they took time and care making sure everything was level before building commenced. Once the foundations were in place the building went up very, very quickly.Lewis and his team protected our property, we’re very polite and tidied up after themselves.A quality job and I would definitely use them again.

We had cause to use Lewis and Greenbank Building Services for several pieces of building work that they were able to complete at once.I found Lewis to be honest and trustworthy, quoting accurately and arranging all services including surveyors and glaziers.Overall Greenbank were clean and tidy, helpful and friendly, able to deal with any unforseen issues without drama or delay.I would not hesitate to contact Greenbank again for any work that needed doing.

We've used Lewis and his team on a few occasions now and couldn't recommend him more. The standard of work is top quality, and they are also lovely guys to have around. It's very hard to find good tradesmen these days so we are very lucky to have found them! Won't be going to anyone or anywhere else in future.

The team at Greenbank are nothing short of phenomenal. They’re creative, hardworking and all round lovely people to have on site for building work. Their attention to detail is incredible, communication absolutely brilliant and you can tell that they have absolutely care for the projects they build. Our loft extension was completely to a pretty tight deadline but the process was always calm, always thought through and always considered. Not only can they build, but Lewis and Connor’s craftmanship on smaller parts of the build; such as a teak window-sill seat or intricate tiling, sets them apart. When you have builders on site for a long time it makes a massive difference in them being thoroughly sound guys who you can raise any issues with, talk things through or just enjoy a cuppa with at the end of the day. Could not recommend Greenbank highly enough, full end-to-end professionals.

Having an extension will turn your life upside down during the process but Lewis and his team made us feel comfortable and went out of their way to make sure we had a living space during the works. Lewis and his team have done several jobs for us, the largest being knocking through an external wall, installing steels, and finishing ready for a new door. Throughout, they were communicative, helpful and professional, doing their best to keep the mess to a minimum. Having dealt with with several tradespeople over the years, I can say Greenbank's customer service is top notch. I'll no doubt be calling on them again in the future.
