The entire staff were kind and knowledgeable with very good customer service skills. The only negative was that I had requested a specific dentist (Dr. Truong), when I made the appointment online with Emily. However, I ended up being treated by another dentist with West River Dental. He was very kind and caring and explained my planned procedures very well. Hopefully on my next visit I will see Dr Truong as far as any future procedures.
