Outstanding Service from Start to Finish We recently took out a new policy, and Charlotte Clifton handled everything. The level of service was exceptional from the very beginning, and based on this experience, we look forward to working with her for many years to come. In all my years dealing with insurance, I've never received such fantastic service. Other brokers had quoted between £18k and £13k for fleet vehicle insurance, but I declined. Then Charlotte reached out, was honest and transparent from the start, and managed to secure our fleet insurance for just £5.8k.
