I replied, that I'm not a customer but inquiring about a repair for a leak. She then aksed, "What can I help you with?"She doesn't sound too competent at listening to my needs or scheduling an appointment.I'll continue looking elsewhere for a roof repair company.

I'd recommend anyone to get their roof done by Apollo. They are honorable people. It was a challenging time for us as we were told our insurance was going to be cancelled because we had a cedar shake roof and we live in Los Gatos where there is more fire risk. Guy came and suggested this cement tile that looks very much like cedar shake and has an A fire rating. I had researched for months looking at everything on the internet about products that looked like Cedar shake. We have a French Tudor style house and all the options and sample we were sent looked nothing like Cedar shake. Guy's suggestion looks amazing on our house. Apollo took care of us and made sure everything was perfect. I know if we had gone with others it would not have been handled as well. Apollo are people of integrity and would be q very wise choice. They are also a wonderful value.

We had a great experience with Apollo roofing. I researched and then had 3 companies come in for quotes for our roof. Benjamin gave a great, very detailed presentation with lots of materials and warranties and we felt we were in good hands with his company. They weren’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive either. The team were polite and conscientious and fixed the surprise issues along the way like dry rot and gutter mesh. There are some big rains coming and I’m happy the new roof is on and we will stay dry!

From the initial consultation until the end of the project, Apollo Roofing was the way to go. Ben and his team came on site for a thorough and detailed walkthrough of what I wanted and was open and honest about the job, suggestions, and timeline.What started out as "skylight replacements" ended up with a full re-seal of the roof along with a few other enhancements. We were well overdue for a re-seal and only replacing the skylights wasn't going to guarantee a real fix to the leaking. Ben was transparent about this and I truly felt he was sincere about the recommendations he made. Ben wanted to be sure of the project, so he even had additional team members come out a second time for confirmation of what to do (and what could be done). We then agreed to a full re-seal on the front (slightly angled) roof, top (flat) roof, as well as a 50-foot by 3-foot perimeter re-seal of the back roof. Additionally, (3) 31x50 custom skylights were installed along with the replacement of a clear roofing panel above the shared stairwell/lightwell (and properly weatherproofed).We had (4) contractors come do consultations and in the end, went with Apollo. They happened to come in as the lowest pricing (ranging from $17K-25K), even with the additional enhancements that were agreed to (all other contractors were higher simply on the front/top roof portion). We engaged the project (~$19K) and they started shortly after the initially committed time (some delays due to permits). Work was estimated for one week with majority of it finished ahead of time. It ran over into a second week until the team could get back out, also delayed due to weather.Overall, very pleased with the project. The Apollo team was professional at all times (especially while on site), courteous, clean, and no issues. Communication could have been better at times (i.e. start/end work times, crew instruction), but all in all it was a great experience! I would highly recommend them and happy to be a reference.

Very satisfy with the result. Apollo did not ask for down payment, they started the work first, then 60% invoice came (even then, I was the one who asked for the invoice). The rest of the invoice came after inspection pass. Unlike other contractor that most possibly will ask for down payment even before the work start.Mr. Matthew Aviv specifically the person that I was dealing with. He mostly available when I needed and asked him. He explained very clearly. Thank you Matthew.

My experience with Apollo Roofing was excellent. Both Matthew and Nicolas were easy to work with, responsive, punctual and helpful. I got 3 quotes and theirs was the best overall with Matthew being the most informative and educational of the 3 explaining about how the process works. Nicolas was the project manager who kept everything moving along smoothly. Best of all, they were patient with all my pesky questions right up to the end!

Apollo did the standing seam roof on our house. Matthew made the offer and Nicholas did the project management. Both did a great and efficient job. The roof came out great. Both crews, old roof removal and sheet metal were highly skilled at what they do and delivered quality work.It was among the lower offers, not the lowest but they seemed more professional than some of the other offers. Happy I picked them, can recommend.

I needed to have my mom's roof replaced because it had worn out and started to leak. Apollo Roofing was one of the contractors that I contacted and Benjamin came over to inspect the roof. Benjamin did a video call with me and showed me all the problems and went over every detail of what needed to be done. My wife and I recently bought our house in Oakland, and after being forced to flee to our downstairs guest room for relief from the heat in our upstairs bedroom (on a raised half-floor), we knew we needed to do something about it for our years ahead in the home. I saw some notes on attic fans offering a low cost way to reduce heat buildup, and started searching for a contractor with little to no idea of what I wanted.I met with a number of qualified providers, but Benjamin stood in making a strong point to educate me fully on the options available (attic insulation vs torch down vs TPO), provide his recommendation on what did/didn’t make sense, and work with me on finding a solution that fit my price range. We eventually settled on a polyfresco cap layer on 3-layer torch down, with a turbine vent installed on the raised part of our roof to help with attic insulation. They also connected me with their preferred solar partner to capitalize on the rebates before end of year, and when it turned out this would require installing a DensDeck for anchoring, they actually added it in below cost.Installation was smooth and speedy, all in all 3-days of work from teardown to install to cleanup. My wife and I have already noticed a difference, earlier we’d be hit by a wave of heat coming into our bedroom, and now it’s completely resolved! Highly recommend Benjamin and Apollo to anyone looking for seasoned professionals offering a fair price for roofing work.

Benjamin came out to scope the roof on a holiday, which I appreciated. The estimate was very reasonable and he looked for ways to save us money. When the work commenced, they had a large crew out on-site and removed and replaced the roof(s) in I think 3 or 3.5 days. When the job was completed, there were some minor issues and Benjamin met with us to go over the issues. They literally sent a crew out the next day a fixed the concerns. Bravo Zulu on a great job.

We have excessive heat buildup in our attic and it seemed likely due to lack of ventilation. Yogev came out and explained the options, reasons, and costs clearly - no bullshit, no pressure, no scare tactics, pretty straightforward. Turns out probably better to wait until we replace the whole roof but I super appreciate the advice. Seems like a good company to go with, even just to get a quote about your situation
