12 years ago, my husband and I went looking at homes displays to find a builder. The day we went to the vanguard display home, Pete was there and we spoke to him briefly. We were pretty much sold from just talking to him.Fast forward, we couldn't be happier with the whole process. With Pete and his friendly easy going nature, everything just flowed with no stresses and and we were in our newly built home within 4 months from the builds starting day. We are still living in our forever home and its easy to say we highly recommend Vanguard.
