This is an amazing place! We came in after a few years and found it to be as fresh and clean as it was! Friendly staff, near and fragrance filled, safe and fun - an ideal family place where kids can enjoy and parents can watch them sitting near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip here on a weekend late afternoon! Highly recommend!

We had our daughter’s 4th birthday party here, and we honestly couldn’t have been happier with our choice!What really sets this playground apart is that it’s not a typical franchise playground. The games and play structures are uniquely designed, creative, and very attractive to kids. You can tell a lot of thought and creativity has gone into the whole place.One of the things we loved most was the birthday room setup. They offer different themes and can decorate the room based on the child’s requested theme. This personalized touch made our daughter’s birthday feel really special and memorable.Our daughter and all her friends had an amazing time, and honestly, the adults had a great time too! We had a few friends and parents there with us, and everyone agreed that this is such a great place for a kids’ birthday party.We couldn’t have picked a better playground for our daughter’s birthday. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and unique place to celebrate their kid’s birthday!

We had such a wonderful experience celebrating our daughter’s 5th birthday at LOL Play Lab! The kids had an amazing time, but what really stood out to us was how wonderful and accommodating the owner and staff were. Everyone we communicated with was always so pleasant and helpful. We were very fortunate that there was no party booked before ours, and they allowed us to come in early in the morning to decorate even though our party wasn’t until 3:30 pm.. which gave us plenty of time to set everything up. We really appreciated that flexibility! The frozen theme balloon decorations they prepared were absolutely beautiful and turned out exactly how we had hoped.I also really liked that the pizza was ordered from Nonno Crupi's Pizza, a local Stouffville business, rather than one of the usual big pizza chains. It was a nice touch and the food was great.Overall, we had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The staff were friendly, accommodating and genuinely lovely to deal with, and most importantly, our daughter and her friends had a great time. Thank you LOL Play Lab for making her 5th birthday such a memorable one! Highly recommend! ❤️

Booked the Signature birthday party here. The party package experience was great, they called us a week before to confirm all the details - cupcake and pizza options. Everything was ready when we arrived - table and chairs set up, table clothes, juice boxes, paper plates and napkins were all laid out nicely. When we began to clean up, the staff informed us that we only needed to retrieve our personal belongings and they would clean up the rest.We chose the cupcake instead of cake. The cupcakes are good for children - light and not too sweetI highly recommend the facility. It was very clean. The staff were very nice.It is a smaller indoor playground, but that is reflected in the price. The layout is good and makes it easy to track all the children.One thing to consider is they don’t allow you to stay too long after the party time. It looks like they turnover and clean the facility between party bookings so I can understand why.
