One person arrived in the large truck and another in a private car. As far as I could tell the person from the truck did all of the work and he did an excellent job. Since I can't tell what the other person was doing I don't have anything to say about him.

Called Steve late on a Wednesday night about clearing out some water that had filled up my floor ducts due to a sump pump failure. He was there Thursday morning and did a great job of scoping out the ducts, showing me what he could see on his camera, and demonstrating that he'd removed the water. He was efficient and helpful. The crew came out to take care of my Air Ducts and did an amazing job. Very knowledge about Air Dicts and took care of my dryer vent on the 2nd floor as well. Job was quick, within 2 hours for a 2 level home + basement.After they came in, we noticed the heating/cooling unit was much stronger. Making our house more efficient. Highly recommend to anyone who needs their air ducts cleaned in their home.
