Dear Team,I would like to raise a complaint regarding my shipment 40000669657, which has not been delivered for the past 6 days.One of your couriers contacted me earlier to confirm the location, and I immediately shared the exact location with him.after that, he neither contacted me again nor attempted to deliver the shipment.When I follow up with him the next day, he responded in an unacceptable and rude manner, stating that he had already returned the shipment to the company and that I should contact them directly.As customers, we are not asking for anything free we are simply requesting the delivery of our own shipment for which we have already paid.Regards,Nawaz
