Trevor was an outstanding mortgage broker to work with during our refinance. We completed a 30-year DSCR loan on an investment property that we operate as a short-term rental, and Trevor was responsive, knowledgeable, and always got back to me in a timely manner.During the loan process, there was an issue involving appraisal fraud in Philadelphia, which required the lender to order a new appraisal. Trevor stepped up and paid for the new appraisal upfront. Unfortunately, that appraisal came back too low, forcing us to switch lenders mid-process. Despite the setback, Trevor handled everything seamlessly and made the transition work with very little additional effort required from me.His professionalism, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond truly set him apart.
