Trevor was exceptional throughout my DSCR loan process.I had already gone through multiple lenders that were unable to get my file to the finish line, and Trevor was the person who finally got it done. What stood out most was his communication and persistence. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, continued moving the file forward, and never disappeared when things became complicated. When one lender turned out not to be the right fit for my situation, he was able to pivot, find another solution, and keep the process moving instead of letting the deal fall apart. He was responsive, professional, patient, and genuinely committed to getting the loan closed. This was not an easy file, and Trevor handled it extremely well from beginning to end.I would highly recommend Trevor to anyone looking for a DSCR loan or investment-property financing, especially if their situation is not completely straightforward.Thank you again, Trevor. You went above and beyond for me.

I had a great experience working with Trevor on the refinance of one of my investment properties. Process, clearly explain the different rate options, and help me evaluate the structure that mean the most sense for for my goals. I appreciate being able to ask questions get straightforward answers. The loan closed successfully and it was recorded as expected. I would work with Trevor again.

Trevor helped us finance our home purchase. It wasn’t the simplest of transactions, but he made it as smooth and painless as possible. He is very professional, and you can tell that he has a lot of experience. He was great at explaining things in layman’s terms and he made sure to keep us informed and updated every step of the way. Cannot recommend him highly enough!
