Monday, January 26, 2026, after 6:00pm, my renter called. Tulsa had been experiencing a severe Arctic blast with temperatures below zero for several days, lots of snow and ice. He came home from work, and like many, had a broken pipe leading to overflowing sinks and his bathtub. I called City of Tulsa, and luckily was referred to Assurances Restoration for the area. Amy Lance returned my call in minutes and had her team out asap. Due to so many others having the same problem I thought it would be several hours, so I was very thankful how fast they were able to get there. The team was very professional and took care of all the mess. Amy kept me in the loop the whole time, including sending pictures of everything they did, and sending her team back three days later to pick up fans. They were pricey, but no more than others on a regular day. They came out after hours, on dangerous streets, in single digit weather. I highly recommend them.

Assurance Restoration did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom. The team was professional, easy to work with, and paid great attention to detail. Assurance Restoration was amazing during a really stressful situation. When our faucet froze, burst, and flooded our kitchen, they showed up fast and cleaned everything up right away. Preserving the integrity of our home was my top priority, and they exceeded that expectation. Our kitchen was restored to its original condition….honestly, even better than before.
