For the severe infection I had with my cracked tooth and constant pain I began feeling, Transcend Endodontics were answer from Heaven above. I have always been so fearful of dentist, even cleaning only appointments. This appt. I knew was going to be serious business. I couldn't speak or give higher praise or gratitude to the entire office. Customer service was the best I've experienced, quality of service, attention and knowledge was amazing. They cared, understood my fear and talked me through each step action they were going to take to relieve the pain and problem with my tooth. Best appointment EVER. I even got a call from Dr. Tran that evening to check up on me and went over again what I needed to do for the week. Dr. Tran, Constance, and Kim were amazing. I did not want to have a root canal. However, Dr. Tran and his team made sure I had the best experience possible. He made a point to walk through the process and answer any questions I had before treatment. I recommend.

I went to see Dr. Tran for a retreatment of a very old root canal that had been bothering me on and off for quite some time. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed.Dr. Tran was incredibly personable and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which immediately put me at ease. He and his assistant, Camren, worked seamlessly together and were always checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment.Kim at the front desk was wonderful as well. This was my first root canal and I was nervous. Dr. Tran was reassuring and explained the procedure every step of the way. There was no pain. Dr. Tran himself called later that night to check on me and his office called again the next day. I am very pleased with this office.
