I was referred to Dr Tran by my dentist because I needed a root canal. I had a great experience. They were so thoughtful and caring and worried about how I was doing. Even though my procedure was a little bit difficult because of the configuration of my roots of my tooth. I appreciate all they did for me and the discomfort only lasted a day and it was gone. I will always go back when I need any specialized care.

I was very reluctant to have dental work done, especially a root canal, but unfortunately, the pain got to the point where I knew I needed to take action.My dentist referred me to Dr. Tran, and I honestly couldn’t have made a better choice. From the moment I met him, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He walked me through the entire process while he was doing the procedure, which made the experience so much less intimidating than I ever expected.I also have veneers, so I was especially concerned about making sure they stayed intact. Dr. Tran was extremely knowledgeable and careful throughout the procedure. He was able to complete the root canal while keeping my veneers intact, and most importantly, I experienced no pain during the procedure.I was also impressed by how quickly I was able to get an appointment. I expected to wait weeks, but I was able to see him the very same day.The entire office staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. For the severe infection I had with my cracked tooth and constant pain I began feeling, Transcend Endodontics were answer from Heaven above. I have always been so fearful of dentist, even cleaning only appointments. This appt. I knew was going to be serious business. I couldn't speak or give higher praise or gratitude to the entire office. Customer service was the best I've experienced, quality of service, attention and knowledge was amazing. They cared, understood my fear and talked me through each step action they were going to take to relieve the pain and problem with my tooth. Best appointment EVER. I even got a call from Dr. Tran that evening to check up on me and went over again what I needed to do for the week. Dr. Tran, Constance, and Kim were amazing.
