Junior and Richard arrived on time for the duct cleaning and sealing project. They were professional and courteous. They explained there findings to me and showed pictures. They found a disconnected heating duct in the attic. That confirmed the value of the project. After completing the duct sealing, they cleaned up and were on their way. They finished at their estimated time.

I called Aspen Environmental to inquire about silica dust remediation after a vendor of tub to shower conversions did not use proper containment to prevent construction dust from going all over my home. While Aspen did not decide to do my remediation project, their representative Daniel was very helpful in giving me guidance for choosing a company in my area that specializes in silica dust removal and he spent half an hour on the phone giving me very excellent council on all the technical qualification for cleanup I should look for in a silica dust remediation company. Today Cristal and Sean cleaned our air ducts. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Sean explained the process and answered all of our questions. Cristal came around to confirm that we were satisfied. They worked well together as a team when they were working at the vents. They will be back in 5 years. We highly recommend this company.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with any business I've ever hired to do work on my house. I needed to have my heating vents cleaned and my dryer vent cleaned.Aspen came and did the work. I really appreciated being walked through everything that was going to be done. The GM also gave me his cell phone number if I had any problems.They did the work and the guys who came out were professional, polite and efficient.However! That evening I had a problem with my heating system and my dryer. I called the GM in the morning and he had a team out to fix the issues immediately. At first, I assumed that their team had caused the problems, but it turned out to be separate problems with the heating system and the dryer itself. They fixed both problems and refused to bill me for the work, insisting they should have caught the issues the first time.I can't recommend these guys enough.
