I had a dirty dusty earthy smell coming from my ducts when I turned on the heat. This problem has been going on for at least a year. One company came in and cleaned the ducts in February. That didn’t fix the problem. I called Aspen in May and spoke to Andrew. We discussed not only cleaning the ducts but also sealing them. The equipment they use was more powerful and the process was superior, compared to the other company. Further, sealing the ducts from the inside using Aeroseal was huge because dirty dusty air in the ceiling and walls was getting pulled into my ducts and blowing out of my ducts. When Aspen finished their work, the dirty dusty air smell was gone. Finally, clean air again. Great job!

I called Aspen Environmental to inquire about silica dust remediation after a vendor of tub to shower conversions did not use proper containment to prevent construction dust from going all over my home. While Aspen did not decide to do my remediation project, their representative Daniel was very helpful in giving me guidance for choosing a company in my area that specializes in silica dust removal and he spent half an hour on the phone giving me very excellent council on all the technical qualification for cleanup I should look for in a silica dust remediation company. This was one of the best experiences I've had with any business I've ever hired to do work on my house. I needed to have my heating vents cleaned and my dryer vent cleaned.Aspen came and did the work. I really appreciated being walked through everything that was going to be done. The GM also gave me his cell phone number if I had any problems.They did the work and the guys who came out were professional, polite and efficient.However! That evening I had a problem with my heating system and my dryer. I called the GM in the morning and he had a team out to fix the issues immediately. At first, I assumed that their team had caused the problems, but it turned out to be separate problems with the heating system and the dryer itself. They fixed both problems and refused to bill me for the work, insisting they should have caught the issues the first time.I can't recommend these guys enough.

Zach and Xavier were awesome! I contacted Aspen because my finished basement flooded and, within 2 hours, they came with fans and dehumidifiers to minimize water damage and dry out the space. In less than an hour from when they arrived, there was zero standing water left - I was stunned. Very professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease in a stressful situation. I hired this company to clear 16 vents from my house that had never been done before as a result of my central ac freezing up. The HVAC company showed me the main line and it was loaded with 20 years of dog hair and he strongly suggested I use Aspen. From initial discussion to getting them to my house was seamless. The job the techs provided was exceptional. They removed so much junk, hair, plastic that the air flow improved 30% in all rooms on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor had always been a problem with even air flow and no one spent the time to figure out why. The techs were very polite, friendly, explained in great detail what was going to happen and the price for all of it was on point. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again in the future.
