We recently had our ducts cleaned by Aspen Environmental and we would highly recommend! When we first inquired, Andrew was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative. During our service, Cristal, Yami, and Rudi were timely, professional, and documented the process by showing us before and after photos of the inside of the ductwork. Overall, we highly recommend them and will be using them for future services!

We were having a significant mold issue in our new home that ended up being more extensive than we’d thought. Aspen helped us through all of it. Daniel the inspector explained both the places we probably didn’t need to worry about and the one place that we likely did. Would go with them again anytime and we’re super grateful.

The Aspen Environmental Team - Rudy, Joshua and Yami - were sent to my home to clean the air ducts and dryer vent were amazing! They were all very courteous, clear in what they were planning to do and shared the steps they were going to take before starting the job. Each them answered questions I had about the process and upkeep. I appreciated how clean the house was after they left too. Aspen Environmental came with high recommendations and I'm so glad they were the Team who came, got the job done, and were very friendly to have in my home.

I had a dirty dusty earthy smell coming from my ducts when I turned on the heat. This problem has been going on for at least a year. One company came in and cleaned the ducts in February. That didn’t fix the problem. I called Aspen in May and spoke to Andrew. We discussed not only cleaning the ducts but also sealing them. The equipment they use was more powerful and the process was superior, compared to the other company. Further, sealing the ducts from the inside using Aeroseal was huge because dirty dusty air in the ceiling and walls was getting pulled into my ducts and blowing out of my ducts. When Aspen finished their work, the dirty dusty air smell was gone. Finally, clean air again. Great job!

Junior and Richard arrived on time for the duct cleaning and sealing project. They were professional and courteous. They explained there findings to me and showed pictures. They found a disconnected heating duct in the attic. That confirmed the value of the project. After completing the duct sealing, they cleaned up and were on their way. They finished at their estimated time.
