THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS COMMON STREET LOCATION A 4 STARS IS BECAUSE "1" OF THEY RUDE STAFF. THE BLACK LADY WITH SHORT HAIR ALWAYS ON THE PHONE AND GOT MAD BECAUSE I NEEDED HELP BEING ITS MY 1ST TIME THERE AND DIDNT KNOW HOW IT WORKED. SO I OFFERD TO PAY THEM TO JUS DRY MY CLOTHES R SHOW ME HOW TO USE THAT SYSTEM WITH THE CARD. SHE KEPT ROLLING HER EYES BEING RUDE AND TOLD ME JUS THROW YO CLOTHES N THE DRYER AND ANOTHER YOUNG WORKER CAME AND HELPED ME THANK GOD. IM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND MY DRYER WENT OUT SO I HAD TO COME THERE AND BOTH TIMES SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND ON HER PHONE DARING ANYONE TO BOTHER HER RUDE A.. IM VERY NICE AND POLITE TO EVERYONE N DONT EXPECT ANYTHING FREE. I JUS NEEDED HELP SETTING UP THE CARD TO DRY. I WISH I HAD A NUMBER TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REPORT HER. THE YOUNG LADY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL I WISH SHE WAS THERE TODAY SO I COULD TIP HER AGAIN. BUT THAT SHORT BLACK LADY WITH A SHORT WIG NEEDS TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL!!!!!WHEN I GO BACK TO PICKUP MY CLOTHES ILL FIND OUT HER NAME. WELL I SPOKE TO THE SUPERVISOR ABOUT THE SITUATION SHE WAS VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL AND GAVE ME FREE SERVICE FOR THE DRYER. THANKS FOR SPEAKING TO ME.

I just started going to this one because I moved and I’m closer to this location. The staff is friendly, Mrs Kim is the sweetest person, she was busy at the time but made sure to take the time out to help me with all my questions. will definitely be coming here frequently.
