Location is so clean and staff is great! They’ve got great washers and the new card system makes it so easy to wash without the need for tons of quarters. Owner is great and really cares about making this the best laundry around!

Nice staff, very helpful.Did not like having to creat M account and put money credit on a washing card. Sort of wonder if I can get my balance back after as I was passing through not to return.

Shaun/Shawn (not sure the spelling) is amazing. I brough in my clothes for the Wash-n-Fold service the first time and she got them clean without shrinking anything! I travel and use a lot of Wash-n-Fold services, and they tend to shrink things.The last time I took my clothes to her she did them the same way, but I had forgotten some of them in my truck. They had fallen out of the bag.I brought the overlooked clothes back to her and even through it was late in the evening, she made the extra effort to get them done so that I could travel home with clean clothes the next day.As I said, I travel and use a lot of Wash-n-Fold services, this is the best one that I have ever encountered. Shaun/Shawn is a great asset to this business. Not only does she know her laundry, but she is also friendly and pleasant to speak with.I look forward to bringing my clothes here again when I return to Lake Charles. And I hope that she will be there to greet me.

They have the best staff here! Always friendly and kind. Shaun has helped me many times with a smile on her face, and even found my debit card and made sure I got it back. I am so appreciative of this place and the staff! I do drop off and pick up, and my clothes are always folded neatly, never have any stains, and smell wonderful. Cannot recommend this place enough!
