My mom had the best year and a half of her life there. She made friends, did some of the activities, went to church and was given such good care by the staff. We did get charged for level 3 care when my mother was in the hospital and didn’t get the full 7 months of $300 discount but they said we would receive a refund. Kelly was such a blessing to my mom. She made her feel comfortable from day 1. My only complaint was with Ryan when I was trying to get answers about what standards my mom needed to meet to come back and what the move out policy was since I couldn’t find my contract.They still deserve 5 stars ⭐️ in my mind.My little boy Brady was allowed to visit and brought so much joy to everyone there. Mom and I miss everyone there. She’s unfortunately had to move somewhere with a higher level of care.Last note, my grandmother lived here 17 years ago when it was called Willow Creek. I guess my turn is next.

We moved my mom into Desert View Senior Living (memory care) and could not be any happier.  The staff to resident ratio is excellent and they take exceptional care of her.  I have reached out on multiple occasions for guidance and always receive a quick response.  I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs memory care for a loved one.

I just wanted to take the time, at this 90 day mark, to tell you how much we appreciate you and your staff at Desert View.My Mom has adjusted very well and we know for certain this was the best place for her. I love everything about Desert View, right down to the apartment you chose for her. We would make the same decision a million times over!!I just wanted to say THANK YOU again!
