It helps that they’re 3 miles from my house but the big one is the quality of their work and customer service: they’re genuinely good humans who take pride in their product. I’ll be upgrading my entire exhaust in the near future and these are the folks that are gonna do it. Welds look great, the bends are clean, and the turn around time is better than expected. They were super friendly, honest, and did what they said they were going to do. The techs are knowledgeable in what I needed and when I brought my car in they had me back out within 2 1/2 hrs. If your needing muffler work, I had my catalytic converter done I recommend this shop, there one of kind!

They put a new catalytic converter and alternator in my Journey! My car went in making a horrible noise and check engine light on. The code was for the cat. The cat was bad but after there examination the noise was from the alternator. They are all very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them and would use them again!

Unfortunately, they didn't have the exact tips I was looking for but, i found another set that caught my eye. I asked how soon they could install them and April commented that they could do it now while I waited. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the results and the over the top customer service. The shop took care of me twice - the first time was when a catalytic converter was stolen. They were able to get me in the day I called (late afternoon) and had the work done the next morning. The work also included correcting a messed up pipe run that another shop had done years ago.
This second time was a walk-in with a quick turn around of getting a few hangers welded back into place (originally done by other shop).
The shop might be small, but the staff are super friendly and well versed in their craft!
