I highly recommend Lourdes as a group fitness trainer! She offers three distinct services: strength training, Pilates, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), each with its own focus. Strength training with weights has been fantastic for building muscle, Pilates on the mat has helped me improve my flexibility, and her HIIT sessions are intense and effective for weight loss. Lourdes has an incredible ability to motivate us to push our limits while making each workout engaging and enjoyable. Since working with her, I’ve seen significant improvements in my strength and flexibility. Her classes are conveniently offered in the evenings three days a week and on Saturday mornings, making it easy to fit into my schedule. If you're looking for a dedicated and versatile trainer, Lourdes is amazing. Less

I have been doing pilates and Strength training classes here for a couple of years now and can highly recommend VS Power Fitness. Lourdes is a caring and professional trainer who wants to see her clients achieve their best in every class. My core strength and flexibility have immensely improved since starting and I look forward to achieving more each week. I have never really enjoyed exercise but this has been a game changer for me! VS Power Fitness offers Strength, Strong and Pilates classes. I attend all of them as I see and feel the benefit of each workout. Be warned, Lourdes is a tough instructor as she will challenge you every single time. I appreciate it as it show how much she cares about my fitness progress. Less

I started in winter of 2020 and have been enroled every term since then. I highly recommend training with Lourdes and with a group since it motivates you knowing that you’re not in it alone. The location and class times are also very convenient for someone working full-time. Extra bonus is the group environment is not intimidating and allows you to workout with a peace of mind.👌🏼 Less

I’ve been attending Lourdes classes for 3 years now and I’m still enjoying them. She always tries to do what is best for the members, she corrects you while exercising to avoid injuries and she modifies moves to cater individual needs. I didn’t like weights training but now I like the class and I love Strong classes even though they are tough. I recommend Lourdes’ classes to anyone! Less
