Our private boat tour ended early per captains discretion. And they refused to give us a portion of the money back. When we brought up how infair the situation was. We also asked to change date due to weather concerns and they stated they would talk to the boat and it wouldnt be a problem. Well it was an issue when we got on the boat. Bluetooth also didnt work like they quotes us. Also boat company said no one from two travels contacted them with our concerns about the weather. They kind of ghosted us after experience. We used Two Travel to coordinate and advise for what was our first visit to Colombia. It's ideal as they have teams on the ground in both Cartanega and Medellin. They were INCREDIBLE!!!! Before we left the UK we had a coordination call with our initial plans. They have a web based itinerary that can be changed as needed. The lead concierges in both cities, Carolina and Jonathan met with us on our arrival and also stopped by for our departures. One of the most incredible things they donisnset up a WhatsApp group with their whole team. If you have a question it's answered almost instantly by one of the team. They are partnered with some excellent guides (especially Gaston in Medellin!) and also make the BEST dining recommendations. I would say overall the team did great with accommodating us. Communication was always on point and the two travel team does good. The only issue I had really was the villa. Casa Pulato. The floors had blood stains. The water from the shower was barely running, there was no water pressure. The fan in the main room ended up catching sparks and It was raining sparks on us. When our security witnessed what happened he called maintenance. The maintenance guy came in turned the fan on for 30 seconds and walked out without saying a word to me or my security. This was extremely unprofessional. Then for the rest of the trip we never turned the fan on which was much needed because the room was outside and It was very hot everyday. Less

Ray is team provided helpful recommendations from activities to restaurants and bars to special NYE venues. More importantly they have the contacts to get you reservations and good tables at the venues especially during peak seasons. When we were running late at dinner due to peak season delays, they coordinated with the after dinner bars and let the bars know we were delayed. They assisted us with everything, including arranging for all transportation, renting a private boat with a captain and assistant, arranging for island tours with horse back riding, a private salsa lesson, massages at our villa, and on our last night arranging for a private chef dinner at our villa for my mother’s 80th birthday. Junior from Two Travel came to the villa with a birthday cake complete with candles and decorated with balloons! On a daily basis, they brought us our food to the villa, beverages, including liquor, and anything else we needed. They kept in constant contact by giving us a daily itinerary and checking in on us to make sure we were doing OK and didn’t need anything else. From the initial contact through the last day they were professional and easy to work with.
