We used Two Travel to coordinate and advise for what was our first visit to Colombia. It's ideal as they have teams on the ground in both Cartanega and Medellin. They were INCREDIBLE!!!! Before we left the UK we had a coordination call with our initial plans. They have a web based itinerary that can be changed as needed. The lead concierges in both cities, Carolina and Jonathan met with us on our arrival and also stopped by for our departures. One of the most incredible things they donisnset up a WhatsApp group with their whole team. If you have a question it's answered almost instantly by one of the team. They are partnered with some excellent guides (especially Gaston in Medellin!) and also make the BEST dining recommendations. Junior from Two Travel came to the villa with a birthday cake complete with candles and decorated with balloons!On a daily basis, they brought us our food to the villa, beverages, including liquor, and anything else we needed.
