Also, I found that Frank and his guys had great customer service skills, often consulting me along the way re: the satisfaction of the job based on my request. I had a tree fall directly onto 3 of my neighbors trees, due the heavy snow on Monday 2/23. Basically her trees were keeping it from hitting her home. I quickly emailed 4 companies, using google and waited for responses, while I was out shoveling snow. In less than an hour, FT reached out and within 2 hours, he was at my house. We spoke, he provided an est. and said he could take care of it on Tuesday. I wanted to hear from the other 3, which he agreed that I should, but they never called. By 8am on Tuesday, I told FT that I would go with him. This was due to the fact that he was quick to respond, very personable and already had a 5-rating. I can see why! They came at 1pm on Tuesday and it took 3 guys approximately 3 hours to cut up the tree, stump and remove everything. After they were done, you could not even tell that anything had happened. Excellent work! I highly recommend and will ask him to come back in the spring to trim some other trees as needed.

I had storm damage with a tree in my yard called FT Stump grinding and tree service and they came out immediately and took care of the problem. Cleaned the yard and all the debris they did a great job. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them in the near future.
