I must say that I hardly ever write reviews, but I couldn't help to notice that they have a 4.1-star review. I guess you cannot make everyone happy in this world, not matter what you do. I worked in retail over 26 years and you always have unsatisfied customers no matter how polite you are to them. On my end I give them a 5-star review as I have been there 4 times already and never had a bad experience with them.Every time that I have been this Pawn Shop, all of the staff members were very polite, friendly, quick to help, and they did not rush me as I picked out my beautiful rings! I will say that the 1st time in the shop, they had to deal with an irate customer. I overheard a staff member tell her that she was given ample time to make payments and pick up the item that she pawned by a certain deadline.The customer became very angry as she pointed out that the item she pawned was used for schooling.The staff all remained calm as they tried to settle the dispute and deescalate the situation. Never did any of them yell or show disrespect to the customer.From my experience the staff have always been very friendly, helpful, and courteous as I have purchased a tv and jewelry. They even put up with my 12-year-old as he wanted to see everything and talks their ears off..lol. They engage with him and enjoy his personality. The shop is very clean, kept neat, and they have a big selection of jewelry!Sorry for such a long post, but honestly, they do not deserve a 4.1 review. I was not asked to write this review, and neither am I close friend to any of them. I am just an average customer that was treated with friendly respect.

I visited this location during a work trip and had a fantastic experience. I was hoping to have the stone on my ring fixed, but unfortunately, the jeweler who handles that was at another location. Instead, I ended up purchasing an amazing assortment of jewelry, including two watches for my husband.With my large wrist and fingers, I was thrilled to find rings in various styles that fit me perfectly. The prices were incredibly reasonable; in a retail market, these pieces would have cost twice as much. I would definitely visit this place again!

Super helpful shop! I’ve worked with Justin, Cris, and Bryant and they’ve all been very pleasant. Pretty good prices on things relative to the other stores around. Highly recommend!
