Bay Area Occupational Medical Group is awesome. My daughter Meredith had been sick for over 6 weeks and was seen by her doctor in Novato several times. She continued to have a fever and bad cough and her doctor told her it's a virus and would go away. She continued to get worse. She was traveling for her job Salesforce and was afraid she wouldn't feel better to travel. I told her to contact Bay Area Occupational Medical Group and she was seen by telehealth visit, since she lives a distance from the clinic. The provider Ernesto Alvero, PA did a complete history of her symptoms and was very specific on what needed to be done to help her get better. He ordered medication over to the pharmacy and told her to contact him in a few days if not better. She felt better within 2 days of taking the medication and continued to improve that she was able to travel the following week. WOW she was really impressed and could not thank Ernesto Alvero, PA enough for helping her. We need more compassionate providers that listen to the needs of the patients and for them to make a full recovery. Thank you Bay Area Occupational Medical Group you are the BEST!
