Renting an e-bike and biking up Zion Canyon was one of my absolute highlights of a two week road trip across the Southwest USA! It is by far the best way to visit Zion, allowing you to avoid the crowded shuttles. The bike gives you freedom to explore at your own pace. The staff at Buzz Bikes were super helpful and explained everything very clearly.For context, I had never used an e-bike before and it had been quite a while since I had ridden a regular bike, and I found the e-bike easy to get used to and ride. There is a dedicated bike line through Springdale and then you can bike on the Pa'rus Trail into the canyon without going on the main road. I rode the bike to the Temple of Sinawava, then back into town for lunch, and then back into the canyon in the afternoon with no difficulties at all. Very highly recommend renting an e-bike with Buzz Bikes during your trip to Zion!

Had an amazing experience with Buzz Bikes in Utah and can’t recommend them enough. From the moment we booked a week in advance, Emma was incredibly helpful, patient, and generous with her time answering questions and helping us get set up.What really went above and beyond though was how they handled an unfortunate situation. Within 30 minutes of our first ride, my son had a biking accident and broke his thumb. It completely changed our plans and honestly could have been a stressful experience all around. Instead, Emma and Jacob were unbelievably kind, flexible, and understanding. They genuinely cared more about making sure we were okay than anything else.Even during a packed holiday weekend when the whole town was busy, they took the time to help us figure things out day by day, stayed flexible with our rental arrangements, and Emma even refunded our first rental day without us asking. That level of customer care is rare.You can tell these are genuinely good people who care about their customers and the biking community. Hands down the coolest way to explore Zion National park! The bikes give you so much freedom and really elevate the experience. The staff at Buzz really saved the day for us! Went above and beyond to make sure we were able to enjoy our day in the park. Helpful, knowledgeable and would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

By far the best rental experience in town. Jaxon was very knowledgeable about the park and very patient when me and my wife asked him a hundred questions about how the bikes work. We rented bikes from a place down the street and they weren't as great. These bikes are way nicer, faster and better taken care of.

Emma was amazing. The bikes were perfect, comfortable and worked great. I’ve rented from other companies before but Buzz Bikes was better price, more comfortable, and batteries lasted longer than other bikes. It was so worth it.
