We contacted Renlon to carry out a specialist damp survey on a property we're purchasing following high levels of damp being detected from a buildings survey. I had a brilliant experience with Renlon. From my first call, to the survey being completed, everyone was very helpful and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Staff were knowledgeable and took the time to speak to me to help me understand things I was unsure of. The surveyor even called after the survey to put our minds at ease before the report was sent back. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Renlon and I very happy we went with them. We really appreciate the time they took in dealing with our request. Thank you so much.

The Renlon team were courteous and prompt in their responses to our enquiries. Arrangements for a site visit were made in a timely manner and the Renlon Surveyor (Mr Perry Sprang) arrived at the agreed time. It was clear that Mr Sprang is very experienced and knowledgeable. The survey was conducted diligently, and the Mr Sprang explained his findings in a manner that was straight forward and easily understood. The written report was delivered at the promised time and we would have no hesitation in returning to Renlon for further help in the future. Overall, the Renlon team provided an excellent service and we would have no hesitation in recommending Renlon to other customers
