We bought a retro home (1970s), 2 bdrm, 2 bath, 2000 sq ft, with hvac/splitter units, then 2 months after initial inspection from another electrician, we nearly had the house catch fire, melted wiring in and connecting to fuse panel from junction box. Emergency called WSI, (because it was just past the PNM junction for them to service it) WSI repaired the initial wiring problem, & recommended full panel be replaced with rewiring to outside junction panel box. Took about 2 weeks for a cooperative scheduling of the full repair/re-wiring. They came in at 8A did full panel replacement of fuse/circuit box, ran new wiring enclosed in protective pvc piping under the house to our outside junction panel box in less than 10-hrs... they brought a generator so our fridge/freezer would stay cold (we had a couple 100$s worth of groceries in it). They upgraded our circuits when/where it was safe & possible, and left our home & property clean as if nothing had ever been done! Respectfully, very thorough, competent, and gave us full layman's term understable explanation & instructions about everything involved. These are the guys you want dealing with your electrical power necessities!! Thanks guys awesome job! .... most importantly: my wife & I feel safe with all the work completed!

I ended up going with WSI Southwest Inc. instead of PNM to get my power line put in. To say the least, they knocked it out of the park! Not only were they very reasonable and reliable, but most importantly easy to work with! If you’re needing a new power line built, I highly recommend giving WSI a call!

The employees were always polite and worked hard to do their jobs correctly. We had a major electrical problem 2 days before my husband died and they were here immediately to be sure we were safe. The owner has even asked later how things are going.If possible, when i have any electrical problem I will use WSI.

We have used WSI twice in the last couple years. They were very responsive, restored power quickly, and super knowledgeable. The second time was not an emergency, yet the care for our problem was no less. Great crew on the ground and in the office, we will use WSI over and over again.

WSI installed updated electrical service to our home, installed a backup generator, and added our well to the generator. They did awesome work. It all looks neat and works perfectly. They made sure that we knew how to check the generator and told us to contact them with any issues. The crew was friendly, efficient and cleaned up everything. I don’t think you can find a more professional, reliable or fair company to work with. I’m recommending them to people every chance I have.
