I came to see Frankie because he has helped me in the past (about five years ago) and I found him then to be personable and eager to help. This time around he was very rude and condescending. He would ask me a question and then cut me off as I started to answer it. Never once did he allow me to finish answering a question. The conversation quickly turned to suggestions of taking expensive tests (over $500) that I would have to pay for out of pocket. When I told him I could not do that due to budget restraints, his reaction to me was to say that he couldn't help me because I didn't care enough about my health to pay for the tests. He said this after not even bothering to listen to me about my reasons for coming to see him! Then he had the audacity to ask me why did I bother booking an appointment with him because I was wasting his time that he could be using to help other patients!At that point I just got up and walked out.Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!Do not waste your time or your money!He also looked like he hadn't slept in a week. Perhaps that's why he was so rude.But it's no excuse.I would leave zero Stars if I could.
