Outside the fact that he was late... Travis did an amazing job! This is the first time I have ever had a vehicle detailed and my 16 year old car looks brand new on the inside now. Travis was extremely polite, professional and hard-working. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him.

I booked an interior detail that was supposed to include wiping down and treating the seats, but the seats weren’t wiped down. The carpet was supposed to be shampooed, and when I called to ask about it after the service, I was told the shampoo is a dry shampoo that was applied. I also sent the owner photos to show him there were some spots missed. He said they strive for “80% improvement” from the condition that the car was in, so they wouldn’t offer to come back and get those missed spots unless I wanted to upgrade to steam clean and pay $200 to have them come back. Overall, it was a lacklustre job (looked like the van was just vacuumed and front dash wiped, although the bill with tax was $265). Overall it wasn’t a good value for the service. I don’t think I’ll book again.

Travis did the job on my Mazda 6 and it came out Great! He confirmed his arrival time and was right on. I told him I had water supply ready for him and he said "No need, I brought it with me." He got set up and going straight away. This car is a 2018 and he made it showroom ready. If not for the tiny stone chips in front it looks brand new. The interior detail is top notch. Even the Weather Tech mats look new an shiny. I will surely be calling Prestige again. Excellent!
