Chris shared information about a program OSWAP that could provide a lower interest loan than current rates during this time. As unfortunate as the news of needing a new system I am thankful for his honest approach instead of up selling a jet clean for the leach field which would have cost $$ and still would be in the same spot.

Naturally the weather got cold just as my septic tank needed attention. Chris came out on a Sunday to pump my tank to make room until they could diagnose the problem the following week. Cameron came out the next day to run a camera through the line and discovered tree roots had grown into the pipe going to the distribution tank. He didn’t have the truck with the equipment to jet the line, so came out the next day and cleaned out the pipe, getting my system back in working order. All while working in lower teen temperatures. I’m grateful for their commitment to their customers’ needs for what must be a thankless task. Many thanks to the fat Wulf Septic Service!
