SO impressed! We ran out of firewood and it's freezing so of course I anticipated longer than usual wait times to have more delivered. Our regular firewood company couldn't come out for a week. I happened across Final Oaks and submitted a request through their website - after hours, no less. Someone texted me within an hour or two to tell me they'd have a truck in my area the very next day so we made the appointment. They arrived on time and stacked all the wood neatly in our garage AND cost less than our other wood suppliers. It was so fast and easy with fantastic communication and customer service. We will ABSOLUTELY use these guys in the future!

Be careful buying firewood from this company. I bought a face cord and unfortunately was unable to watch them unload it. later that day when I checked , almost all of the wood was wet frozen and covered in packed dirt and mud. Can't even bring it into the house without a mess wouldn't have purchased it if they would have let me know it was sitting out in the weather. when I texted Renso to state my displeasure he basically said so what haven't had complaints
