We won a family photo shoot at a school auction. Butler & Badou exceeded our expectations. We have never done an indoor photo shoot before but the photos came out amazing. We were so impressed with her that my daughter and I later booked a photography lesson. She was so patient, so knowledgeable, and such a great teacher! We had a fabulous time and plan to go back for another session. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure to be photographed by Butler and Badou portraits this last week. I did a boudoir shoot for the first time ever for my 10 year wedding anniversary, and was so relieved to work with Marian! She was so cool and collected, supportive and encouraging all while making sure to coach me on poses, faces, where to look, eyes closed or open, etc. I felt totally comfortable throughout the process, and confident in her ability to get the perfect photos! Something else I loved about her process is her info sheets she sends before hand that give a ton of info and ideas to think about, encouragement and overall advise. She has a great process to pick the photos and order what fits you best, and has clearly been very thoughtful in her though process from the clients perspective. While I usually hate being in front of the camera, Marian helped me relax and get genuine expression for my personal branding and headshot session. She was really helpful with posing and paid attention to the details. Highly recommend working with her.

Marian made us feel very comfortable in the studio. This was our first time having our family pictures taken professionally with the whole crew and we were so happy with how the pictures came out. This metal frame looks great wherever we put it and it’s definitely a piece that calls attention.
