I'm not sure how I operated before I found this place. I was having a bad case of gout on my hand, and knew about how cold plunging can help with inflammation. I found Culture OC, which is less than 10 minutes away from my home, and decided to try it. I talked with Troy the owner by phone, and he said there was a same-day availability. So, I went in, plunged my whole body in a 39-degree tub; and within 24 hours I felt so much better - on my hand and the rest of my sore joints and muscles (from playing pickleball). I decided to visit again the next day, and Troy recommended that I do a monthly pass - both to save money and to make this a lifelong healthy habit. I caved in, and have been going 3-4 times a week. Troy and Tristan are always nice; the facilities are always clean; I also started using their infrared sauna; and going here is now one of my daily (and favorite) things to do for myself. Less
