I’ve known Stephen for years, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He is incredibly knowledgeable about foundations and has always been generous with his time, patiently teaching me how to understand problems, identify their root causes, and think through the right solutions rather than jumping to unnecessary repairs. What really sets Stephen apart is his honesty, integrity, and genuine passion for sharing what he knows. He cares deeply about passing along not just technical knowledge, but the values and good judgment that make someone a great contractor. Beyond all that, he’s just an incredibly friendly, down-to-earth guy who genuinely wants to help people. I have tremendous respect for him and would highly recommend learning from him.

How incredible is Foundation Rescue Training Center! I had noticeable issues with my foundation for years. I had companies come out to assess the situation and did major projects with piers, mudjacking and a process of injecting foam into the floor to lift and stabilize (which didn't lift the floor). I paid tens of thousands of dollars over several attempts and sensed the problems were not resolved. It's scary not knowing what to do and anticipating the cost. Stephen Burton was very thorough in his assessment and knew what to look for. He didn't jump to conclusions. He took a step to actually look at the footings because it looked serious enough and explained everything including cost. He discovered major problems including one wall leaning inward! He developed a plan that resolve every problem including making sure water was draining away from the house. His team was very good. Noone wants major foundation issues but I highly recommend Stephen with his excellent expertise to know what to look for and to do things right. It's really wonderful he has the Foundation Repair Training center to teach people in the industry as well as homeowners what to look for, how to prevent issues and the correct procedures to resolve issues to avoid investing in processes that don't work or won't last. Thank you Stephen for making a difference in this important area!

I have had the privilege of working with Stephen Burton for more than 20 years on both my personal home and numerous commercial and residential real estate projects. Throughout that time, he has consistently provided solid, practical foundation solutions that have truly stood the test of time. Not once have I had to call him back to redo or repair any work or solution he implemented. That level of reliability and craftsmanship is rare in this industry. As a real estate professional, I was excited when I learned Stephen was offering foundation training classes, so I immediately enrolled in his Foundation Rescue training. The experience exceeded every expectation. His depth of knowledge, ability to explain complex structural concepts, and practical approach completely changed the way I evaluate properties.I left the training with a thorough understanding of how to identify potential foundation issues, confidently assess risk, and use a detailed checklist to address concerns before they become costly problems. The knowledge I gained has become an invaluable asset in my real estate business.Looking back, I only wish I had taken this course years earlier. It would have saved me significant money, prevented unnecessary headaches, and helped me make more informed investment decisions. I highly recommend Stephen Burton to anyone seeking foundation expertise, whether for repair solutions or professional education. His integrity, experience, and commitment to excellence are evident in everything he does.
