I met Dr. Christine in September 2024 when I was looking for an outside of the box medical provider. I was looking for the ideal balance between functional, eastern with a sprinkle of "western". For me, Western Medicine has its place in the diagnostic side of investigating ones symptoms (such as lab work). I have been dealing with a severe reaction to the Covid Vaccine shot since October 2022. It was Dr. Christine who FIRST ran my Spike Protein levels at LabCorp and boy were we stunned! 19,465 was the number (normal reference range is 0.8 or under). Since meeting Dr. Christine, she has helped me tremendously with the process of investigation and I am hopefully on the road to healing. I had my first appointment with Dr. Christine Harms yesterday, and it was life changing!I’ve spent mostly my entire life seeing countless doctors, specialists, tons of bloodwork to figure out why I gain weight so easily as well as not getting through the day because of fatigue, among other thingsShe took her time looking over my labs from last year from my doctor… She spent way more time looking over them than my actual doctor at the time who ordered the labs (basically me forcing my last doctor for all of them.)For decades I’ve always thought there was something wrong with my thyroid, including my parents and I’ve been checked for it since I was about 16 years old and everything always looked “normal.” She instantly caught something! As well as noticing my doctor did not order a very crucial part of a thyroid panel.I already have an appointment with her in a few days to get lab work done.It’s super refreshing having someone listen to you and not make you feel like you’re going crazy. I had basically given up after trying for decades to figure out what’s wrong with me and thought ok this is what how I’m going to feel forever. She has made me feel hopeful and I’m excited to go on this journey with the Dr. Christine Harms.I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you so much!

I had micro needling and RF laser done on my face by Kaycee and Christine for the first time and it won't be the last! I can already see a difference in the texture of my skin and love that the process stimulates collagen. A must for aging faces! The process produces the best results with 3-4 visits and they run great specials. Highly recommended!!

I began treatment with Rock Haven in the summer of 2023. I was looking for an alternate medical provider (PCP) that would take an different approach to my health care needs and not just a systematic approach through pharmaceuticals. I found that place at Rock Haven. The staff is very knowledgeable and dedicated to the individual needs of their patients. My goal, among others was to get off of some (not all) of the prescription drugs I was taking and that goal was also achieved at Rock Haven. My life is so much better (not to mention more peace of mind) and I now have a team of professionals that I can talk to about my health care needs and concerns. That is a HUGE deal with me. Smart people work in that office. I would give them 5 out of 5 stars and an A+ rating.

I am so bummed it took me so long to find Christine! I spent over a year seeing doctors and specialists to figure out why I was gaining weight at an incredible rate, couldn’t get through the day because of fatigue, among other things. All doctors and specialists took over 100 tests and told me I was fine and in normal range. Well I was told about Christine from a friend and I’m so glad I went! She took one look at those same numbers and explained how normal range isn’t optimum. So with some small tweaks I’m feeling better than I have in almost two years! Losing weight and not needing naps to function! Definitely check out Christine if you’re looking for not just an affordable option but someone who will look at things from a different view and not make you feel crazy!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Rock Haven! They are so attentive to every medical issue and are extremely knowledgeable on both conventional and alternative treatments. I am able to get in promptly and the follow-up after each appointment and test is above and beyond. Aside from the medical standpoint, I've saved money as they offer options including negotiated out-of-pocket pricing versus through insurance.It really is a unique primary care experience that is 100% worth the mere monthly membership cost. All I can say is I wish I came to this practice sooner!

I’ve been coming here since January. I have chronic headaches and I don’t sleep well and found out that my testosterone was extremely low (under 20). I’ve had 2 rounds of testosterone now and noticed that after a week, my headaches are gone. About a month in, I sleep amazing! I can’t wait to see what else it does as I continue on this path. The ladies at the practice are great and so informative!!

I had an amazing experience at Rock Haven Health and Wellness. This wellness center is welcoming with a relaxing atmosphere, and Kaycee and Dr. Christine are very professional and knowledgeable. I have been struggling with sleep post-surgery with chronic fatigue and exhaustion. I received several rounds of IV therapy which have helped me get some much needed nights of quality rest. They really helped me get a reset and I feel like I am now going in the right direction towards getting regular restful sleep. They listened to my concerns and developed a great treatment plan. Christine and Kaycee are lovely, lovely people and practitioners! I went to see them for a Meyers Cocktail (an IV vitamin infusion), and I have notoriously hard to find veins. Both of them checked for veins and made sure that they had found one before they poked me. I had bad previous experiences with IV's and I could not be happier with how things went at Rock Haven. They are caring and wonderful people, who have created a healing and welcoming space.

I found Rock Haven Healthcare via the FLCCC (Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care) Alliance web site where one can turn to find practitioners that support the FLCCC protocols for preventative, early treatment and post treatment of COVID. I signed on with RHH and have never regretted it.Kaycee, did a virtual call with my wife and me, and prescribed the Ivermectin that we needed in the event we suspect we have covid. She also advised us on other good practices we could follow to avoiding getting covid which we are following. Kaycee also directed me to a compounding pharmacy that filled the Ivermectin prescription at a very good price.Although I have not taken advantage of the service, I understand RHH is providing IVs of all kinds now days.I cannot say enough good things about RHH. if you are looking for health clinic with two great medical practitioners that can treat a lot of different issues, give Rock Haven Healthcare a call.
