Fit Factory is the best of the best! It's like bootcamp but better, semi-personal training without the big price tag, a prescribed program that works magic. Every day has a different focus and I love it all - full body, lower, upper, endurance, mobility. I am getting stronger, faster, and the mobility training helps with overall movement and lifts. Shayne is a really motivating coach - it's easy to show up and follow his lead. He pushes me to be better! You can't say you're too busy for a 45-minute workout. Super engaging, quick, and effective.

What a great workout! I learned of this place from ClassPaas and had an excellent experience. I loved how tough and efficient it was in 45 minutes. I felt a camaraderie with the other participants I had just met because of the partnered aspect of the workout. Shayne clearly knows his stuff crafting such a great workout. Big fan of Shayne and Fit Factory. Burning more calories in 45 minutes than puttering around in the gym by myself for 1.5 hours. Shayne's helping my techniques improve, pushing me to do things I wouldn't do solo, and also bringing a big focus on mobility which I *never* had before. I look forward to workouts now. 10/10!!

I’ve never liked going to the gym. Until I found Fit Factory! The instructors are super motivating and fun to work out with- especially Shayne and Mikayla. I really like that the class sizes are small so I can get to know the other people in my usual classes. And it’s a lot less intimidating to work out when we’ve all gotten to know each other. I’m 47 and neglected strength training for many years in favor for more cardio. Fit Factory has given me the tools I need to live healthier now. I love that their workouts are short and targeted because I’m busy. Biggest victory for me so far is gaining back the strength to slalom waterski again after 7 years away due to having no strength in middle age! First of all, this gym is awesome! If you're intimidated by gym equipment or need a boost of motivation to work out, this is for you. I find myself rolling up to the 7 am class without even knowing how I got there. It works!! Secondly, the trainers are personable, encouraging and knowledgeable!
