After being let down by numerous other companies I had contacted, I put a post on my local Facebook page which attracted lots of recommendations. Matt was the only one to message me asking what I needed doing. After explaining what I needed Matt said a time the next day he could be here, arrived on time explained everything fault he found, went and got bits he needed, fixed it and safety certificate supplied. Everything left tidy!I don’t normally leave reviews, but credit where credit due, absolutely an excellent service and somebody I would 100% recommend.. top tip he likes good coffee!

Matt was fantastic from start to finish. He came out to us on a Sunday to help with our heating, which we really appreciated, especially at short notice.He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout his visit. He also advised us beforehand on which replacement pump would be the best option to purchase, which meant we could have the correct part ready for him.Really helpful, professional and informative, and you can tell he genuinely knows his stuff. Have used Rusupo Heating & Plumbing for a couple of jobs ranging from full en-suite plumbing to a particular fiddly job fixing a failed flow cartridge. The quality of the workmanship and Matt’s knowledge I found 2nd to none, though what was most impressive was his service. Where many wouldn’t have come back, wouldn’t have returned texts Matt always replied, turned up when he said he would and didn’t stop until the job was resolved. Would highly recommend.

Matt is a brilliant plumber who has looked after all our plumbing issues for a number of years.
