We contracted PBS Carpentry & Maintenance Services to work on our house replacing or repairing old weatherboards including repointing a section of the gable roof, electrical work, replacing facia boards, architrave and repainting our house. Jarlath and his team were always courteous, punctual, hard working and provided quotations promptly. We would be happy to recommend Jarlath and PBS to anyone looking for a contractor to carry out building works on their house.

We contacted Jarlath to replace our internal doorframes, which required both carpentry and plastering work. The team did a great job and delivered a wonderful finish we are very happy with. Communicating with Jarlath was easy, and he was extremely accommodating to our requests. I highly recommend reaching out to PBS if you have any carpentry or plastering projects you need done to a high standard.

I’m very happy with the completed verandah renovation by PBS Carpentry\.Throughout the project, I found the communication to be professional, clear and reassuring\. There were some unexpected additional costs that initially made me a little doubtful, however, my concerns were addressed and I was reassured that the variation was final, with the additional labour costs excluded\.The team worked efficiently and the final result is excellent\. I’m very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and how the verandah has turned out\. I would be happy to recommend PBS Carpentry to others\.

Jarlath and Umer were great to work with. Jarlath came out to the site for a quote to repair and relace some wood rot on a pergola and works were completed in a few hours two days later. Very fast and efficient work. Made sure everything was cleaned up.
