Rich and his crew have moved my daughter many times during her time as a student at DU. He is always right on time, extremely fast, and careful with her belongings. The cost is reasonable, and quotes are accurate. There is never a surprise when it’s time to pay at the end of the move. BOX Pack ‘n Move is the place I will call for all future moving needs.

I called and had an appointment set up with RichardAfter I set up the appointment, he called about an hour later. And said, oh sorry, I can't do that date. Let's do the next day instead. So we had to rearrange and reschedule from the get go.The day arrives for the move. He was supposed to be at our place between 7 am and 9 am. After I had reached out and left a couple messages, he finally returns my call at 9 o'clock and says, oh sorry, I'm running late. We'll be there by 10 a m. They show up right at 10 AM. He brought 2 workers with him. They were outstanding Richard. On the other hand did not lift a finger to help out all he did was try to talk to me and my roommate while we were still getting stuff organized or he'd go out and sit in his truck and talk on the phone.The entire two hours, it took to load the truck. They pulled away at 12:09 had a trip of 108 miles to the new location. Richard called us as we were waiting at the house for them to show up and he stated, they got lost. And stuck.So we had to drive about 45 miles away found them on a dirt roadWith their truck sunk into the sand. When we arrived Richard, of course was standing outside of the truck, talking on his phone, while a mom and her 2 daughters had shovels in their hands, and were digging, richard's truck out. Richard would not even do it himself. He had a woman and her two daughters who had stopped see if they needed help and Richard had the little girls shoveling the truck out. Once his truck was pulled out with the help of one of our trucks and another passerby's vehicle, we were able to get his truck unstuck. He follows us back to where he's supposed to have gone to begin with. And before they unload the truck, we had agreed upon a price of $1350. For the total price, including the loading, the unloading and the mileage. But since richard got lost and stuck, because he decided to go his own route, he tried charg my roommate which is an 74 year old disabled vietnam veteran , 2,500.00 and stated since he went the wrong way got lost and stuck. My roommate wouldn't pay the 2500.00 but did pay 2000.00 eventhough the price that was agreed upon was 1350.00. So Richard stole 650.00 from a disabled Vietnam veteran. Because Richard went a different way than was instructed, got stuck, got lost. And didn't show up to our new home until 9 PM. That night and stated, well, i'm charging you this extra six hundred fifty dollars because I got stuck.

Used these guys a few years ago so maybe they have improved. Hired to move a weight set and they showed up at my house around 11pm to unload. They were supposed to come back the following week to complete the job and put the set together. Never came back. Charged me significantly more than quoted, left cigarette butts in my yard, and lied when I spoke to them. Owner I was working with tried to blame late arrival on employee that was fired, but wasnt smart enough to realize it was his personal cell # and the name he used for fake employee us his own middle name. I ended up having to sue them. I still haven't received payment on the judgment from small claims court. Hopefully they have improved their reliability and service but I would be wary trusting them to do what they say.
