ABSOLUTELY OVER 5 STARS! The entire crew went above and beyond replacing our old nasty duct system. They worked hard all day to get the job done, they laid out covers on furniture and floors to keep the mess down. They cleaned up after the job was done and just helped us in so many ways. They made sure to test the air flow thru each vent again. I cannot say enough about these guys truly awesome. I want to also compliment the office manager Venessa she was so polite and made sure we had all the information we needed to get set up for this day. We had our vents cleaned in 2020. I realized I never left a review. I constantly recommend this company though in the Moms groups and local pages. They found that when our newly installed air handler wasn’t sealed to the duct in the attic. It was just kinda lined up and set in place. We had mold in the closet and the attic. We had a huge mold issue due to the moisture. We had no idea. Due to how the air handler was installed they had to use a bit more mastic than we realized so it took a bit for that smell to go away. We had a UV light installed. While it didn’t work for my allergy kids because they could smell it “working” it was a great selling point when I sold the house and the new owners were happy to have it. Gulf Coast Air Care were so thorough, when I became concerned about the light they came to make sure it was installed correctly and explained how it works. BUT the proof was in the results. My son and oldest daughter have severe allergies. My son also has other blood issues so gets constant blood work. His CBC showed significant improvements in his eosinophil and basophil counts so it showed that there was just to much mold and dust pushing through our vents. I will continue to recommend them. They left our home clean, they used a huge machine to kept all the debris collected. Worth every penny because I saw my kids feel so much better because of it. Less
