Very disappointed in a purchase I made back in January.. since purchasing the vehicle it has been in shop more than on the road!! I have only put 2500 miles on it since January and 70 of those miles were your service techs.. last time I reached out for help your service representative referred my to a Chevy dealership because it is a Chevy vehicle, saying they don’t have the knowledge! Very sad you don’t stand by the products you sell!! Not a good experience!! JAS

Great experience! Steve was tremendous, very friendly and knowledgeable. Steve was patient with me and answered all my questions with no expectation of a sale. Besides my interactions with Steve, another great part of this purchase was ZERO pressure to purchase add ons like extended warranties. All were explained to me but a simple denial was all I needed to do and did not get pressured at all. I really like my truck and deal.

My Husband and I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Dempsey Jeep in Plano. We felt we got a great price and the service we received was all top notch. No high pressure sales. Our salesman, Eli, was very knowledgable and helpful. Even the owner, Tom, was welcoming. Dwane the sales manager was able to work with us on the pricing and London , the finance manger explained all of the optional warranty information. highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Dempsey.

1st time purchasing a vehicle at a dealership and was the best and amazing experience! Purchased a 2021 Jeep Laredo in excellent condition - exactly how described online. Staff were knowledgable, not pushy, flexible to work with, patient, and extremely nice. Never felt pressured to buy. Purchasing and check out was a breeze!
