I recently purchased a Ram 1500 Bighorn from Dempsey CJDR. The experience was great from start to finish. I wanted to test drive both engine options and they seamlessly facilitated that. At the time they didn’t have the specific options I wanted in a Ram on the lot. Josh the Sales Manager and I located the specific truck I wanted at another dealer in Chicago. Josh starting working out a dealer trade that night and the truck was in the lot 2 days later and then in my garage a day after that. Josh the sales manager, John our salesman and London our finance guy made the whole process seamless and less stressful. We even had several great conversations with the man himself Tom Dempsey. I recommend working with this dealer for your next purchase. Also, ask about the non reciprocal tax rate for Kendall County!

Bought a ram truck off Dempsey it was a amazing experience went in there and met Steve and got straight to the point with amazing service and great process of buying very smooth and stress free and all the staff was very helpful and friendly I’m very happy with the truck and really appreciate how well the process went I would definitely come to this dealer if anyone looking for a new or used car, great experience all around!

I want to that the service for calling me back for making a bad situation with a phone call call better, she took her time explained everything about the warranty Over the young man that thought it was okay to hang up on me. She offered to make appointment to help but I still declined. But greatly appreciated the offer and her time

Great customer service, very welcoming and had a really comfortable homey vibe. Told them what I was looking for and what I could afford. They made it happen with ease. The owner was there as well and was very nice! Came back next business day to clear the maintenance light that came on during the test drive. And they hooked up a tire rotation and patched a hole in the tire. Definitely going back for our next vehicle

Very disappointed in a purchase I made back in January.. since purchasing the vehicle it has been in shop more than on the road!! I have only put 2500 miles on it since January and 70 of those miles were your service techs.. last time I reached out for help your service representative referred my to a Chevy dealership because it is a Chevy vehicle, saying they don’t have the knowledge! Very sad you don’t stand by the products you sell!! Not a good experience!! JAS
