I recently had a new dock and boat house completed by the team at Creative Dock Designs. Greg and his team really have their act together and I am very pleased with the final outcome and how the project was completed. The crew showed up every day ready to work and really seemed passionate about doing a great job. Laurance was the lead on my project and happily answered all the questions I came up during the project and couldn’t have been any nicer. I have no doubt I have the best dock on the lake here and look forward to many years of enjoyment with it. There are many companies in the area that offer dock construction, but this one is the best in my opinion.

Greg and his crew are highly talented, courteous and honest in their work from start to finish. I found the process of deciding what we wanted done, how we wanted the dock to look, the preliminary design and final approved design process (guided by Greg) to be hassle free and fun to do. Creative Dock did everything that was promised and as will happen with a new dock replacement and seawall, problems came up but Greg and his crew dealt with each one and made the finished product something we're proud to own and enjoy. The best materials and workmanship were put into our dock and seawall at a very fair price. We couldn't be happier with our dock and seawall.

I contracted creative dock design to build a 60 foot sea wall. The owners Greg and Karla are very professional and very easy to work with. It only took a little more than two days to complete the project. The finished product is exceptional. I highly recommend this company.

We chose Creative Dock Design due to their reputation and after viewing their work. Although our project was smaller than most, a small dock with access stairs and a small attached land based deck, we are very impressed with the quality of materials, quality of workmanship, and attention to detail which are an obvious result of much experience. Greg is extremely helpful for design and material choices as there are several . Their care in keeping access areas and work areas clean and minimally disrupted was equally appreciated. We highly recommend them.

We first met with Greg last fall to get the ball rolling on our dock project. He patiently explained the entire procedure from permits to building and everything in between. The possibilities for materials and creative design options were endless. His title "Creative Dock Design" is certainly accurate.At the onset of this process one of our main concerns was adding a dock and creating an interruption to our lakefront view that we love. Instead, Greg was able to create the exact dock silhouette we imagined, enhancing our lakefront and making it even more beautiful Now we can actually go out onto the lake and enjoy it at a whole new level.Greg was completely transparent with all information and was right on time with everything from paperwork and invoices to permits and construction. He never wasted his time or ours, but he was thorough and made sure every question we had was answered. He never made us feel like we were an imposition.Greg's team, Aaron and Bill, arrived every single day by 7:30am and worked diligently and with focus every minute, often working into the dark hours of the evening. The were knowledgeable and professional with obvious skills, and they were funny and courteous and respectful, as well. Our main goal was to keep the look of our old deteriorating wood deck and make it brand new. The transformation was done within the parameters of the old deck, making it more difficult, but the results were spot on. By using Trex Composite Material makes it great because I don't have to paint anymore. Greg used marine pressure treated wood for the framework under the Trex. Greg looks for perfection and his workers were great. We are very happy with the finished product. Before and after photos say it all.

Wow! We are so happy with our new dock and the workmanship of this company. They rebuilt our existing dock, added a boat slip and jet ski slip to it with roofs over both and an additional roof over part of the original dock. They also rebuilt our other smaller dock. You don't need to look anywhere else for a good contractor!

They encountered some problems including large blocks of concrete from the old wall, hidden stumps under the old dock, and a powerline right of way encroaching into the area of the planned boathouse. Creative Dock’s owner Greg helped me through hurricane Irma when my boat house and sea wall were destroyed. My boat house physically collapsed on both of my boats. During this time everyone was busy but Greg saw the need and the critical nature of my problems. I was loosing my yard due to the sea wall failure. They promptly got me engineered drawing and a permit. And Builts the strongest most beautiful sea wall and Boat house you will ever see. My wife and I were so impressed we recommend Greg to everyone. All 6x6 ground contact supports bolted on all attachments. Everything including my hoist was perfect. We thank him very time we see him out and about on the lakes, and he even checks in on us to see how things are still progressing. This was 2017 and our sea wall and Boat house are still perfect. Great Company great owner and great service.. They are the Best in my opinion and I’m in Construction.

Greg was a rare find in Florida particularly during the pandemic. He set a schedule, kept to it and kept me informed of any possible delays as we approached our start date. Once Greg and his crew started my dock they stayed here until done despite my increasing the scope of the work. We hired Greg Seghers (Master Carpenter) at Creative Dock Design to build a new boat house with an adjacent dock. They exceeded our expectations in every way. He and his crew were prompt, hard working and conscientious. Shortly after they started and we saw how well the quality of his work was, we also had them refurbish our other dock.
