Very well-managed gym with a clean and motivating environment. All machines are modern, well-maintained, and easy to use. Trainers are friendly, supportive, and always available for guidance. The gym is spacious enough so workouts can be done comfortably without crowding. Hygiene is properly maintained, including locker rooms and wash areas. Overall, it’s a great place for daily workouts and achieving fitness goals.

Love this place..Im stayin Asheville during the week for a project, and found this gem(gym) just down the road. Its giving me the opportunity to work my way back into a crossfit routine after being off for a year.

What An amazing gym with a lot of equipment available that I haven’t seen other places. As well as Very friendly and welcoming community. Definitely worth the price to have 24/7 365 access, especially with my work schedule.

I've visited quite a few gyms with day/week passes, and this one stands out. Clean, warm, barbells, squat stations, everything a crossfit/strongman athlete needs. I'll be back!!

This is an awesome gym! The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The open gym concept is just genius. I was here for 2 days and the gym has a huge selection of equipment. As an early riser, I like that I can go straight into the gym. Also, the place is super clean.If you are wanting a great place to workout, this is the place. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely be back.P.S, as I don't like to post my real name on these forum. So the owners know I am real, I bought a shirt that says, pick things up, put things down.

This gym has quality equipment for Crossfit and Weightlifting training without having to be on a class schedule which is very convenient. The community and owners are also quality people I enjoy working out with!

I love this gym! The owners are incredibly friendly. The programming they offer is top notch and the facility is so clean! Conveniently located right off the interstate in south asheville this gym has it all.
